Notes: The author is Claude Gay, not Gray as in KZ99.
Elatine rubella Rydb., redstem waterwort, three-flowered waterwort, three-stamen waterwort, is reported from WA by KZ99, based on a collection from Usk, cited in Abrams as E. triandra (Kreager 367 WTU, 1902). That collection is E. chilensis
