Notes: Rosaceae is treated in FNA Volume 9, the publication date of which is uncertain as of December 2009. Taxonomic and nomenclatural changes contained in draft treatments for that volume began to be incorporated here in October 2008.
Isolated bird-sown individuals of several additional species of Cotoneaster have been seen in King Co., but they are not considered naturalized yet; they can be identified using the keys in Stace (1997) or Fryer and Hylmo (1995).
